    Very nice Gerrie. loved the exposure, bid angle and the landing pose. Huge toes on this little guy.

    Real nice action shot and composition Gerrie. Like the pose, color, details, and contrast. The slight blur of wings works well but wish the feet were more in focus. Well done!

    great landing pose and BG, looks like the AF locked on the perch as it looks considebly sharper than the bird.

    I love your bird; what a joy it must be to study and photograph the red bishop. I like the landing posture. BG is looking good. The underwings of red bishops are apparently unattractive, but one can't do much about that. I'll take the blurred wings but find the blurred feet less pleasing.
