    Beautiful shot, Jim. Lighting, background, irridescence, HA all terrific. The head profile looks very much like Sibley's rendition of a Lesser Scaup.

    Looks really nice Jim. Perfect head angle and a nice exposure. Sharpness is up to your usual standard of excellence.

    Jim, I don't see how you could have handled this one any better. Lights and darks well-exposed, and you even captured some iridescence on the head.

    Fantastic light, like the warm colours of the water and BG. These birds are so photogenic, they make great subject TFS
