    Took this last July, she has some prey in the right talon. Nikon D200 600mm 5.6 1/1000 at ISO 800
    All C&C welcome.

    Hi David I like it a lot Caught the owl at peak time big plus for the catch and managed to get some light on the bird Would much rather go tighter (if you have not cropped) It would make the bird larger in frame showing the catch Not sure if you could lighten the prey Amazing you were able to focus on that bird !!!!

    I agree with Al's comment. The contrast is very strong but you did well capturing the owl taking off.

    What an experience to see this beauty and your focus was right on. Awesome timing and action and I agree about cropping so has to make the bird larger in the frame. Thanks for sharing.

    What a moment!!!

    Wish the light would have hit the prey. I don't mind the environment but would like the bird placed a little more to the left.
