    Default Northern Gannet in flight

    This shot was taken last September in Newfoundland at Cape St. Mary's.

    I like the contrast between the dark background and the bright bird. I'm interested to see what others think though.
    The shadow on the underside isn't so ideal but the sun was pretty high when I shot this.

    nice pose and wing position, overall it's a bit dark and some parts are in the shade.

    Good self-assessment Alvan. Sharpness is good and the exposure looks fine. The sun angle really hurt you here.
