    Hi Vivaldo,

    I like the composition, DOF and action caught in this image.

    The tongue and light in the eye also contribute in a positive way.

    I would have preferred a darker BKGR but that looks to have been out of the question from what we see here.

    Austin makes a good point re the background but overall it is a really beautiful image. The eye and tongue are really great.

    The Lion is great, beautiful pose and great eye and tongue.

    Seems you had pretty good sightings in Nxai pan.

    Backgrounds like this are largely unavoidable in Africa, the ET's are not that bad.

    Yes, the BG can be better but by degrees. I think the overall effect is what counts and I think you have captured the lion well. I like this image so well-done!

    I prefer this one..The pose is fantastic and IQ looks better (more detail)...The eyes look great

    I agree with this, far better to have some "action" rather then the traditional lying around pose.
