    Taken at Mankwe hide Pilanesburg National Park...I like the way you can see the blue in the tail and detail in the eye.

    Dumay,

    I've never seen this species but similar to our tree swallow in Missouri with the iridescence and brilliant white. You must have had some wonderful light to avoid those whites from going crazy. You are right about the blue on the tail.....very special catch. You even got a little lichens on the perch! A great shot overall.

    I was hoping to see these swallows at the hide this weekend. Great pose Dumay, eye clarity is perfect and great HA. Overall great image TFS

    Love the bird's attitude! Great pose, perch, and BG. Sharpness is excellent. An all-around fine image!

    Super image Dumay - the sharp details against that lovely background really make the bird stand out. Very impressive IQ with the extender! Love the dynamic pose and "down the barrel" eye contact.
