This is another image from my loon series captured on Rainy Lake in Canada. I would appreciate any feedback or comments you could offer.

Gear: Canon EOS 20D, Canon 100-400 IS lens hand-held.

Hi Gary Sweet image This is so close Love the water, light and exposure A slight different pose (more sideways) would have been great Having the baby is a big plus Having the entire head visible would have been even better The HAP will get you for this one !!!!

For lots of these getting lower is not an option but would have been great !!! btw cropping wise would crop just on top of the bills reflection I think it will enhance the image !! Also more space on the right would be desirable !!!

Thanks Alfred! Just curious what is the HAP you are referring to? It must be a T.L.A. that I am not familiar with. :)

HAP is Head Angle Police Gary. They have already cured me very quickly. Great colors here. Love the glassy water!

I agree that the adult could use a head turn, I also am a bit distracted by the bright line down the middle of the image. The baby peeking is cute however.

Wonderful colors. Need to get it out of the middle of the image. As Al said, more room on the right.

Wish we could see the baby's bill, and I find the blues too saturated and distracting. Nice proximity to the loons...and it does look like a peaceful moment! :-)
