This is the last image I made in 2010 with Doug Brown and Gary Rouleau in Half Moon Bay, CA. It was very unusual for the three of us being able to get so close to the kite.

What a cool encounter that was! Expertly captured, with great sharpness, nice eye contact, and good perch/BG.

Stunning portrait of the kite, Arash. I love the little details in the feathers, the HA, the BG is killer and the photo is sharp as as tac. Great way to end the year...with a bang!

Stunning whites and light here, Arash. The softness in the feathers is perfect.

Great exposure and very nice detail and light...I actually like the perch...Don't you just love those eyes, this looks just like our Black Shouldered Kite.

Nicely captured Arash, super details, sharp but still has a nice softness about it.
