    Not long ago I posted an image of a Vario Optic, 90mm F1.0 that I modified to work on my Nikon bodies.

    I kinda went the other way on this one. It's a Kinotel 38mm F3.5 lens designed for 8mm cameras.
    Here is an image of the set up. I used a body cap to mount the lens in.
    I have about $30 in this setup(including body cap).

    I will post an example image with a reproduction ratio of 1 to1.

    This is an image taken using the Kinotel 38mm F3.5 lens on my D7000.
    1 to 1 reproduction ratio.
    1/200 @ F16(Minimum aperture)

    That's impressive. Shows that you can spend minimal $ to get good results. :)
