Default Long-tailed Duck - Winter male (Old Squaw)

A common site on the frigid waters of Lake Ontario in the winter; I'm always amazed when I see them swimming on water that is close to being able to walk on.

Nice exposure and posture. A smidge more head turn towards us would have been nice. I like the placement of the bird in the frame.

The pano crop works well. I like the tail feather position, and you've handled the exposure well. A slight head turn would have sealed the deal.
