Jamie,
I really like the pose this immature eagle was striking for you.
The image is sharp and well exposed. I also like the perch coming out from the bottom left.

The image is cropped(if it is cropped) too tight for my taste, making it feel cramped.
Had the background been a little more uniform it would make the image that much stronger.

Hi Jamie. Good detail and a nice pose here. Agree with James about the crop and BG. I would also tone down the brightest whites on the neck.
