    Default Burning Bush

This is a Topaz simplify and original blend with the Nik duplex filter added to mute the colors of the foliage other than the bush.

Richard, I'm loving this very subtle application of filters. Nice control of the reds and yellows, which can easily get out of hand with over-saturation. I'm curious as to how this one might look with just a wee bit of sharpening...

Thanks Kerry. Here's a re-post with a bit more sharpening.

Very nice Richard. Beautiful vibrant colors, and nice touch with the filters. Sharpening on the repost makes it even better. Well done!

Hey Richard, you did a great job with the colors and comp in this and the fence adds a lot of interest. For OOTB reasons, I prefer the OP, mainly because the extra sharpening makes it look too natural, like something that should be in the Macro and Flora forum.

I bet this would look good with a very slight Orton effect.

Richard, I really like the softer OP a little better(but I also like f/5.6 a lot!!). No wrong or right just preference. Beautiful colors and filtering. When you are on you are on Richard! I'm debating a sliver off the bottom.

Very lovely image, Richard. I love the red of the bush combined with the golden color tones around it. Well done.
