Hi Harshad, great to have you back, I wondered where you were. Love the windblown mane with the sweep on top, also the way the right hand tree trunk curves round his face and mane. Looks sharp, well exposed, and the BG is excellent. I would perhaps crop a tiny bit from lower right had side to remove that single tiny leaf, and maybe tone down the red patch of fur where his back leg has a fold of skin showing, in the same area.
This is a super lion pic
    cheers

I would love to grind in the Serengeti for 8 days...lovely detail and wind swept mane and like the way the trees frame the lion...Not sure the comp works for me (my taste I mean)...Not sure what you have left, but for me I would like to see some of the left and more on the right....Nice image Harshad

    Hi Harshad and welcome back.

Like the 'quiff' hairstyle and regal pose. Viewing it on laptop so can't comment on colour as it varies dependent on how you view it, as initially it looked a tad yellow, but as I say, will take a better look next week when back.

Just a thought, but a portrait crop tighter in, using the sweeping branch on the rhs really makes a very strong comp & image, just a thought. Good to know you had an excellent time.

Gorgeous male face , nice low angle and super sharp. Compositions are always up to debate but I personally would love to see this as a tight portrait letting the viewer wonder about the position of the body and giving that great face all the impact that it deserves. I am excited to see more from this trip soon!

Welcome back Harshad. Nice first posting from the Serengeti. Was Ken from Sunworld one of your drivers on this trip?

Lovely techs on this image. Is this full frame? A vertical crop using the branches as borders might be interesting as well, much like Steve's suggestion.
