    Doodling got me here

So, I don't have anything close to a recipe but here's the general idea... let's see:

    • a flip
    • curves and blending modes to bring out fine detail
    • polar coordinates
    • DAP Klimpt, perhaps 2 DAP Klimpt layers merged
    • red fill layer, blended
    • merged back, a little from a pre-Klimpt version

Some detailing and sharpening along the way, perhaps, some Topaz Adjust in there, too.

    Thanks for looking...

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

Michael, Really nice looking abstract. The colors are appealing. I see so many things when I look at this and it makes me want to keep looking.

Powerful image, Michael. I think what holds my gaze is the slight imbalance of tonal symmetry. Nicely done!

Hi Michael, this is one of your best IMO! Great job of interpretation and creative "doodling". This should keep some of our friends in colder parts of the world warm. Very nicely done.

    Michael,

Now that's just plain wicked... but nice. Well done.

    Really cool, Michael!
I agree with Denise about seeing many things in this image. Every time I take another look, I see more.
