I would love to see this morph in the wild! Here, I used "difference clouds" on a BG layer, erased down to expose the original eye, flattened and applied a little shadow/highlight. That's it. C&C appreciated.

Dan, I'm with you there - would be quite a find! I really like your concept and the feather detail works really well in black. I'm thinking that a tad more saturation in the eye would be cool. Good one!![]()
