Default Ground Hornbills in the air...

Tomorrow morning at 5AM I'll be taking my wife to the hospital, and we will start the process of welcoming our daughter into this world.

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers...I'll be sure to pose some very cute HUMAN baby photos in the Family forum soon!

This photo was taken in the Kruger National Park. You don't normally see these birds in the clear in trees like this.

    Techs:
    Nikon D300s with 200-400mm VR @ 400mm
    f4.0 @ 1/1000 SS @ ISO-500

That look in their eyes is a sort of "I dare you" smirk. Good catch.

Blessings on you and the family. Will be praying

Is this a sign you are having twins?

Great image of some really cool looking birds. Is this a mating pair?
Best wishes on the birth of your child.

Terrific picture! What a nice looking pair (I'm talking about the sharpness here...)

Have a nice day tomorrow (you're almost tomorrow) so good luck: in a few hours you will be a father (for the first time I guess).
