First I followed Denise's tutorial and flipped the best half as they didn't match at all, then took it into Pixel Bender and played with circle splash and spherize filters and then copied the "mini world" into a layer and transformed it a bit. The base image is sunset reflections on water.

Judy, Good to see you posting, we've missed you This is wild and creative. Colors are bright and fun. I like this one a lot. I wonder if an off center crop would look good for this one too.

Thanks Denise. I don't know why I didn't think of cropping it, good idea! I think this looks better.

I've missed you all too. My husband's medical problems have kept me away but I'll pop in from time to time.

Hi Judy, this is really inventive and different! Well done. I like the colors and effects and I see a big ol' spider in the center there...

    Judy,

Now that's different and very creative. I prefer the second post, love the shell-like twirl and the "eye" in the center. Well done.

Hope your husband is doing better.

Very creative miniworld, Judy. It's amazing all the different looks you can get with this technique! Love the colors and 3d look. Off center works better for me too.

Beautifully done, Judy. I like the repost better. I love the colors and the braided look in the center. I hope your husband is better and I'm glad that you had time to post something

Very nice Judy and very creative use of effects. I like how the red & black globe seems to shimmer.
