    Default White-tailed kite

Back in September, Doug Brown and I spent three days photographing this illusive but amazing raptor, conditions were harsh as we had to go up and down the hills in hot sun, but we were happy with the results :D The red eye looks like a ruby, especially when they look at you! I hope you like it.

I've never seen this bird before. It's beautiful. As is the image. The dark background works very well here. And I love the composition.

Great to see you back. I missed your first post. Stunning image. Love the bird on the right looking back to our left. And your typical exquisite sharpness and EXP.

Super sideways pose Arash, good eye, and the kite stands out nicely from the darker BG.

Fantastic image, great BG , great shot at that 1600 ISO; did you have to pull the bg down to get the darkness?
