    I think this started with a multi image stitched pano. I applied the "small world" treatment on it then fracted and finally added a little motion blur! C&C welcome.

    As a different take on this... Could it be the elusive island that kept moving from the US to Canada on the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show? I think it was close to Frostbite Falls...
