Well, thank you... you are too kind. For me, there is just something about the DAP Klimpt filter...it's wonderful. And the neat thing about DAP is the IQ of the original input image need not be all that great as for this one, a 907 x 372 pixel crop:
Used a soft brush to just add the color and DAP Klimpt with no masking at all for the bottom result. I probably set the minimum brush size down a bit maybe to 200 or 400. And I play around with the different palettes. It's time consuming but I often make 4 or 5 DAPs with various filters and play blending games and adjust colors & detail with the original in PS (great fun

). I'm finding portraits particularly fun to work this way.
They are extra cool (I think) at full res and 100% viewing, too
