    Hi Folks;

    After a dry spell when the Costa's took over, the Anna Humingbirds have joined them again in our garden.

    Gus, nice and sharp. If possible, I would consider a tighter crop from the right side or even a vertical crop. I am not sure how to add canvas (still learning) to the top and/or bottom, but would if I could. I did a repost in which I cropped different (sorry it is square). I increased the vibrancy, adjusted the exposure to the left. I adjusted the highlights and the shadows. Thanks for posting all the hummers as I always enjoy them.

    Gus, good job, you posted the RP while I was typing and your repost looks better than mine. You have more detail, mine looks soft and muddy.

    Hi Tom\

    Did you have something like this in mind?

    This is more to my liking. I put 2 shades of blue in color picker, > File>New>Same size as OP>Filter >Render>Clouds>Move "V" dragged OP over New. Then used Backgroud Eraser to outline bird, then finished up with eraser>When it looked clean> CTRL+E to flatten & minor crop.

    All comments & redos welcome & appreciated

    You're a wizard Gus. Well done.

    I really like the pose and position of hummer in this one.

    Your final post is my preferred one.

    Dave
