    Richard, beautiful shot. Not sure what I would change. Is it just a bit overexposed?? Curious to see what others think.

    I don't think it is overexposed but it is bright. If mine I might try bringing down the whites and photo a bit. I am not sure what would be the best way and I would ahve to try a couple to see which worked to reveal more detail.

    I like the pose and good job on removal of the other birds.

    I also agree on the nice reflections.

    have reworked to remove slight red cast, and using shadows and highlights brought out more details

    Richard you have a lovely bird here! I like your choice of comp and crop. Good HA and a pleasing BG also help. I'm still seeing a red cast - especially in the water. How did you remove your red cast? Try opening a saturation adjustment layer, choose reds from the pulldown menu and then move the saturation slider to the left until you see the cast disappear.
