    Hi Raymond,
    Love your bird. The colors are fantastic, and the background compliments your subject very nicely. The detail in the feathers are great. However I would move him just a tad to the left of the frame to create more impact. What do you think? :D

    Lovely bird Ray and nicely portrayed against a great BG!!
    I like the position of the bird but a diagonal perch (if you had a choice) would work best for me.

    Gus is right on, cutting a little off of the left edge would really improve the comp, first "no gives a rat's *** whats going on behind the bird" as Artie Morris says, and it would put more emphisis on the bird and the awesome BG on the right side. I really like the blues and greens in the BG on the right!

    I much like the alert pose Ray.....I get them doing exactly this when they hear an AF beep.
    The bit of blue in the bg is a nice complement
