    Default Ibis for Dave

Another one of my favorite images of Dave's was of a single ibis he had used DAP on. I used DAP Monet for this one and then Nik Skylight and usm to finish it off. I went back and looked at his ibis and realized he had used Monet also and he had added a slight blue frame so I added one also

Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

Cheryl, I remember the image you are talking about. It was one of my favorites too. I like the poses and the fact that you have three birds in the frame. I might tone down the image just a hair if it were mine. Colors and painted effect are lovely.

Cheryl, very nice filtering and nice to see the 3 birds in the frame. Agree with Denise on toning down the colors a tad. Well done!

Denise and Andrew, I agree - here's a repost with colors toned down a bit and I removed the offending shadows of their beaks.

    Cheryl,

I like the second one best. Excellent job reducing the shadows. Love the patterns formed by the water and vegetation and the placement of the birds. Well done.

Beautiful work, Cheryl. I remember that image of Dave's very well. I love the identical poses and the range of soft colors in the surroundings. Well done!
