Stunning feather detail in this sshot but i feel that opening up the midtones and shadows a bit might improve this a lot.

I think bottom is fine but some more on top and on right to balance might be better, I think. Great details and eye contact. Light angle has sculpted the feathers nicely. I havent seen this bird...can it go a little brighter?

I do appreciate the thoughts from Jeroen and Kaustubh about brighting it up.

I can see tweaking the curves a bit, but I rather like the dramatic lighting you have.

Agree with Kautubh, bit more top and right.

Hi Pieter, great HA, and just love the light on the head, as it brings out the eye so well. Good sharpness in that area too. The other guys have covered the space. Well captured.
