She is Victorian from about 1880. Original clapboards, balloon framing, traditional down east Maritime style (dormers, side entrance, bay windows etc), lots of warts but a good place to live for the past 13 years. This image from a while ago at Christmas.
John, an old Victorian? YOU LUCKY DOG!!! I always wanted to live in an old Victorian home.
The Christmas lights are lovely...I quite admire the splashes of color as opposed to the normal twinkling lights.
Hi John, I like the old victorian look. Regrettably they don't build houses with charm anymore. Just big boxes...
