Excellent capture of a fast fly-by. Lighting, sharpness, placement, and background all work for me. What is the oof herd in the background?

Nicely done Tom. Excellent underwing detail and fully sharp on the bird. Good comp. The only thing I would play with a bit in post is that I might try to tone down the brightest bit of background and it's reflection a bit to about the same brightness as the remainder of the background.

    Cheers!

Nice flight shot Tom. Agree with Bruce re: the bright area of bg and reflection. Perhaps a bit of ccw rotation. Well done.

The herd behind is part of the 7,000 or so Sandhill Cranes that can be found here in the winter. Amazingly few people know of this place near Chattanooga Tn.
