Hello All. I am a Colorado photographer who is hanging out in South Texas for the winter with my camera gear.
I'm an avid photographer, specializing in nature and wildlife. I just spent the last 5 months in Alaska photographing its fantastic creatures, and now I'm headed south to warm up.
I hope to learn a lot and contribute to this forum.
I really enjoy photographing Bald Eagles in the wild, however, we'll see what South Texas has to offer for excitement.
Welcome Matt!!! I have been to Alaska many times myself.......and the eagles and bears are tops on my list for that great state! You will have a blast on this site......and don't forget the other forums on this site!!!......nothing wrong with expanding your nature horizons!!! I think you will find most of us share your passion her on the site! Welcome and have a great time!

Welcome. South TX is a good place to be any time but summer. We would love to see some of your stuff, especially the eagles. Everyone loves eagles.
