This year the Loxahatchee owls were in a very difficult spot. I am not very happy with the background or the couple oof branches in front of the bird, but at least there is decent feather detail.

I do like the detail in the owl. If you don't want to clone it out, maybe cropping right below the main part of the branch at the upper left would help. I envy you seeing this bird. I wasn't successful when I was in Florida.
Thanks for comments, I try a different crop as per Gayle suggestion, plus "cleaning up" the background. The second one probable over my photoshop skills, I will interested on comments regarding the digital manipulation.
