Not sure what speacies of Hawk this is when I first saw it I thought immature Red Shoulder but I am pretty positive it is not and I'm now thinking Broad Wing. Image was made at Viera wetlands in Florida.

My guess is hatch year Red-shouldered Hawk based on the width of the tail bands, particularly the last dark band being a little wider that the others. My 2cents.:p
It looks like a Red shouldered to me, too. Hard to say for sure with the juvi's and this pose. Juvi broad wings tend to look like they have shorter legs then red shoulders, but hard to tell from this photo. Best way to tell them apart is the call.
