Naivasha Park, Kenya mars 2008
Looks like Ibis. The well-known 'haa-de-daa' call is heard mostly at dawn and dusk, or when birds are disturbed. Occurs in pairs or small groups, preferring damp areas, swamps and pastures.
Mark II 600mm 1/200 f6.3 ISO125 FF HH.

Reason: Wrong post.
Nice portrait with good head angle and eye contact, Haim. The 2-tone background, and especially the very bright upper half, detracts from in image, in my view.
Excellent detail on a very good looking bird. Agree the top of the background is too light. You could select just that part, with whatevermethod suitds you, and darken it in Levels or curves.
Hey Haim,
I like this shot very much.. Love the detail on the bird, the nice colors, and the background does not bother me. I think it looks cool in my opinion...:D
