    We like sparrows here.:)

    Be sure to include what camera you are using, and any post processing info, it really helps us provide meaningful critiques.

    Nice fluffed up pose, flash helped give him some life. The perch size is good, and parallel to the camera, so it stays in focus.

    I would strongly consider removing the two twigs on the right side as they distract from the bird, esp. the brighter one.

    There is a fair amount of noise in the BG, so some NR would be helpful.

    Generally we prefer not to have the bird dead center in the comp, tends to make the composition a bit static.
