    Hi Folks;

    I was rather impressed by this perky male House Sparrow in our garden late this afternoon. Wondered where Professor Hill & his marching band & cheer leaders were
    Coments & redos welcome & appreciated.

    LOL. That is the perfect title. You have some really good saturation and a nice catch light in the eyes.

    Thanks For sharing,

    He's adorable, Gus! If this is not too big of a crop I'd take it in even more so the bird has more presence in the frame. I like the composition - just a bit too much extra space on the top and right for him to get his full due.

    Love that lifted leg!!!

    From Gila Woodpeckers to House Sparrows Gus. What a yard you have! The pose is great. He really looks like he's concentrating on something- the next step I guess. I like the BG- nice an uniform and not too distracting. For me there's a bit too much negative space at the top and to the right- easily fixed with a slightly different crop.

    I like it. Whimsey is good in a photo and you surely have that here. It completely makes up for the fact that the head position is not optimal for a portrait but it is optimal for the whimsical nature of this image.

    Hello Gus, A very fun image indeed! I like everything about the image,except the brightness of the Bg.
    Is it possible to select just the bird,and darken just the Bg? I'm new to this, so there may be reasons why this is not suggested...IDK just my take on it.
