    Default Country Road

Due to the weather I haven't been shooting much so I thought I would create an image.
The road and countryside is from a farm in New England. The sunflowers and church are from 2 separate photos in Provence. The small outbuilding on the rt was barn red and I gave it the same finish as the church. I like it but guessing how convincing it is. Would you think this was put together without knowing what I did? After completion ran it through Topaz Simplify...

No, I wouldn't have thought it was put together. In fact, when I first opened it, I wondered why it was in this forum. Well done. the topaz brings it all together. When you can't get out with the camera, create your own photos indoors:)

A beautiful sunlit scene, well done Dave! Nice to see this in the middle of January! The two component photos come together in a very plausible scene - I wouldn't have known it was from two completely different photos. Gorgeous colors, well rendered using Simplify. I love it!

Dave, If you hadn't said anything you would have fooled me. Nice pp work and the use of the Simplify filter really brought it all together nicely.

Dave, agree with all of the above. I think all the key element have come together well... excellent composite.

Dave, as others have already said, I wouldn't have known this was put together from several images. Very nice work done on this!

    Dave,

Love the light in this one... the image is so inviting that I wish I could hike the imaginary scene. Beautifully done.

Very creative Dave. Great country road scene, colors. Nice composition, and would not have been able to tell it was a composite image.

Dave - beautiful work! It's a gorgeous scene and I think Topaz was the crowning touch:)
