    I like the wing position, eye contact and swept-back ears. I think it could stand a bit more sharpening and I might eliminate some of the 'clouds.' There appears to be a halo on the back of the bird behind the head.

    I like the gaze and the slight wing blur...did you add the clouds in PS?

    Eye contact is nice as well as the wing position. Slight halo mentioned by Doug.

    Nice wing spread and great flight posture on this one Mike, nice capture. Love the eye contact with that piercing stare. I might consider toning down the brightness a little.
