    Taken on the coast of California south of San Fransico using the digital Rebel and the 17-40mm lens at 27mm at ISO 100 and f22 for 25 seconds. The Singh-Ray Vari ND filter was used to achieve the long exposure.

    Surf looks good with the long exposure. Colored blossoms on the rocks provides a nice balance and contrast to the gray water and darker rocks. I like how you divided the image using a diagonal - water vs. cliff.

    nice job with the long exposure. love the colors and the surf blur.

    I really like the comp, and the blurred waves. Wish we could see more of the close up iceplant flowers, other than the one there.
