    40D. 400 f5.6L at f/8( because I was shooting pairs). iso 400. 1/1250s. manual metering.

    Critiue and comments appreciated.

    beautiful capture KD. i think there is some glow around head dont know if that glow or the illusion been created by the white shiny head.

    Allways partial to environmental shots and the composition in this one is great with the oof background. Nicely exposed bird with good wing detail. Well conceived Kaustubh.

    A lot of people dont like these type of images with oodles of space around the subject - well I do, and I like this lots. The goose is separated nicely from the OOF BG, and I like the softer colours too. Well captured Kaus.

    Brilliant BIF shot ! Great exposure . Agree with Mital on the smudge effect near its head .
