Sweet looking bird and the details in the whites look good. I find it a shame that the only major ripple runs through the centre of the head in the reflection.

Reason: removed plural birds. it is late! the reflection must have thrown me
You may have did this but if not, bang off a few images in sequence as the ripples are constantly changing. i do the same if the bird is moving the head and I am looking for the best head angle. I rarely know when the best moment is to press the shutter for head angle - I sort it out later in editing.
Mike, awesome advice by Robert. I always keep my camera in high fps mode when shooting ducks for that very same reason.
Loved the bird angle, IQ and the reflection. So calm and beautiful. Compositionally, if mine, I'd crop a tad from bottom and include tad more at top...but that might be just me. With 'duck on water' shots, there seem to be a lot different preferences( even among top pros ) about the ratio of space on top to space on bottom.
