    Default Monet McCaw Portrait

I used double layers on this one - first Monet Impression style and saved at 76% over original image. I then reloaded the original and used Portraitist>Impress>Renoir and blended it over the Monet blending with Soft Light.

    Thanks for looking.:)

Wonderful Cheryl, you are doing such a great job with your painting's I'm become green with envy. In fact you folks are doing things that are getting progressively better & more realistic in leaps and bounds.

Keep up the good work, Young Lady.

Excellent job, Cheryl. Beautiful colors, and I love the combination of DAP effects you used on this. The unusual pose is a big plus too. If it were mine, I might remove the blue cast from the white areas of the parrot. Well done!

Hi Cheryl, very nice effect and pose. Agree with Christopher on the blue cast.

Cheryl, I really like the way this came together. The multiple layers and the blend mode really changed it up. Since this is a painting I am not concerned about the blue cast- I think I would like it either way.:)

Cheryl, I like your thinking and the results you achieved. The colors are wonderful and I think the blue cast is fine as it is consistent with a painting as opposed to a nature photo. I like the close crop and the resulting composition. Good job on this one!

Excellent composition. I think the pose and the painting effect really makes this image shine. TFS.

Very nice image and application, Cheryl.

Besides the bird, I really like the BG effect you got with this.

    Cheryl,

This is a stunning portrait and I like the vivid colors in the bird, textures and background created with DAP. Beautifully done.
