    Default Sharp-shinned or Cooper's hawk?

Found near Doolittle Pond, Alameda (SF Bay Area), on a fencepost:

I only have field familiarity with red-tailed hawks. Thank you.

This is a red shouldered hawk.

Note the reddish breast, yellow sere, heavier feet of a buteo, accipiters (sharp shins, coopers, goshawks) have thinner longer feet.
