This is one of a pair of the most perfect Great Egrets I have ever seen.
Looking forward to getting back to Gatorland often as they continue to
build their nest and hopefully produce some beautiful offspring.
    Comments/Critiques appreciated.

What a beautiful bird!! Love the DOF and the texture in the whites. The only small nit from me is the shadow on part of the eye.

super pose George, for my taste it is all a bit dark, and has a sharp halo all around the bill.

Hope you guys/gals have some great shooting at Gatorland

Very nice indeed. Could probably stand to be brightened a bit, especially for printing but it look nice on screen as is. Well seen.

Nice shot George, looks just like it did on the nest, I especially love the texture in the lores, and your exposure is great! One interesting tidbit is their eyes are no longer red... they are now back to "normal". Damnedest thing... I'll have to do some research to find out why.

It is a lovely bird and I like the pose. The detail is sharp but as already noted, it is a tad on the dark side. You could try to remove the halo around the beak.
