I think the image could go about 1/3 stop brighter, to bring up the whites. You might have to do a bit of recovery, but I think the overall whites will look better.
Background is pretty strong. Could consider either vignetting the corners a bit, or a modest crop to reduce the impact of the large rocks, esp. the left upper corner.
I feel the image is exposed properly, but I would try to bring out the whites from the shaded underside of the subject. Great view of those feet that are well adapted for wlaking on snow.
Could go a bit brighter for me. I like the raised foot and the overall COMP. The darker area right behind the head bugs me :)
