    Galliani:

Very handsome bird, sharp, well exposed, good look back pose.

The environment is rather busy, but I think a lot can be done with a bit more cropping from the sides, removing the stick right in front of his face, and a subtle vignette on the corners to downplay some of the brighter areas.

Real nice pose Galliani. This bird has interesting markings. The BGD may be busy, but as Randy suggested a tighter crop and a little cloning may improve this.
