The birds were backlit and the light was harsh but I like the symmetrical pose. It was shot in Costa Rica with Nikon D300 + 70-200/2.8 VR at 1/500 f4 -1, 400iso at 140mm.

I like the symmetrical poses. Not sure if the BKGR is noisy or if that is bad BOKEH.... The third bird is a distraction especially its sunlit back....
