    Default Bosque Northern Pintail

I shot this image at Bosque the first week of Dec. 2010. Seeing the other pintails on the forum reminded me of the images I had made. Just a small amount of cloning on the water beneath the duck, some cropping, sharpening and color tweeking all done in Aperture 3.

    Beautiful!

It's a fine shot as it stands, but it might be worth it to clone out the bush behind the wings just under the eye.

Love the sharpness and the great wing position. Wish the bird was flying towards you and that the BG wasn't quite so cluttered.

Lovely wing position, details, and color. Do wish duck wasn't angling away from you.

Very very nice...Great exposure and detail...Bg a touch busy but the quality of the image makes up for that

Hi Antonio, beautiful bird. Sharp, nice light with great detail and colour. Seeing as you have done some clean up work I support cleaning up the grass behind the birds wings.

Thank you all for your comments. I do agree with you on the clutter and will work to clean it up.
