    40D. 400 f5.6L at f/6.3. iso 400. 1/1600s. catchlight added in post.

    Among the many Gadwall shots that I have, this happens to be my favorite as it shows the feather pattern so well.

    Tack sharp where it needs to be. Beautiful light and BG as well as great comp. The little water drop puts it over the top.:)

    I loved the angle of this shot. Good sharpness and a lovely dual toned BG. The drop adds a lot.

    Kaustubh, Beautiful low shooting angle and I love the two toned gradient background. Nice details and pose-well done.:)

    I like it for all the reasons outlined above. I think it could stand a bit more sharpening and a slight contrast boost.

    Hi Kaustubh, beautiful image with great background giving it a nice dreamy feel. Love the pose and eye contact and agree with a little more sharpening on the head.

    Kaus, You could have asked him to wipe his beak before taking the image.:) Jokes aside, that droplet adds a lot to the image, and I do like this angle. Lovely two tone BG, and your comp works well.
