Default Northern Pintail " Dynamic Pose"

We have been hit hard by rain locally and the duck population has been dropping as they find
new ponds created by the rains... I was happy to get some decent looks at a Pintail in nice light this morning... I like the dynamic pose:)

Outstanding capture. I'd maybe like to see some canvas added to the left.

When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought that you were holding out on me last night! But then I saw that you took it today. Super flight shot Jim!

Excellent wing position Jim, and I like the overall detail and sharpness. The Pintail stands out well from the water BG, and just love the droplets from the feet. Another fine image from you.

    James,

I love pintails. I got my 24" cinema setup now and your images look even better on new screen.

Top class image James. Lovely wing position as mentioned and I also like the slight wing blur.

Perfect. You even nailed the purplish sheen that can show up at the back of the brown head when the light is right.
