    Hi,

    Excellent image, and well done for catching the fish and the water droplets in the picture. Good sharpness, head angle and background, although it would have been even more excellent if you had also managed to get one or both feet out of the water, and this species often manages to do while feeding.

    I don't think I have ever seen them do that with a catch? I have hundreds of pics of them doing that trying to catch a fish but not with catch. Do you have an example?

    Great image with interesting action! Like the detail and colors. The wave patern and color make for a pleasing BG. Nice placement of subject in comp. Just wish we could see its catch a little closer up.

    Very nice soft natural colors on the heron...The splashes really add and I like the DOF
