    D3s 600VR 1.7 converter, Shutter speed 2500, Aperture F8, ISO 1250. I photographed this lying flat on the floor, these bird didn't see me until they got very very close. I used bean bag and panning plate,

    WOW...impressive low angle...couldn't have been better. Loved that folded leg and the colors. I am liking the hint of reflection as well. Terrific job on the whites. TFS.

    Hey Vivaldo,
    Angle and light are super!!! Now take this for what it's worth.....as I like tight crops.....but for some reason the darker blue at the top of frame bothers me a touch.....and I would remove it with a crop. Just a personal preference I guess but overall....and outstanding image!

    I'd like to see its head turned towards you a little bit more. Otherwise this is an excellent photo, I like the angle.

    Exposure spot on Vivaldo, and overall tack sharp. Getting down and dirty has paid off here, and just love the colour of the water. Is this a juvie?

    There is a lot to like about this picture. With shorbirds the effort to get the low angle realy pays off.

    Love the legs, love the BG and the comp is nice.
