Harshad asked me to share some of my four legged friends, so here is an image with more than a couple of legs.:) I had been shooting Kingfishers in the Pilanesberg nature reserve, and was on my way out of the park, when I thought this scene with a wildebeest with Springbok in the BG may work. I realise the WB is central, but wanted to retain all of the springbok at the back.

nice scene here Stu - like the inclusion of the springboks and placement of the WB in the centre works in this case.

I might shave some off the bottom...and I do wish the gnu had given you a look :)

    Hey Stuart,
Nice looking scene (I'd like some warm, sunny, greenery right about now). Central comp works for me and you got some nice detail in his coat. The BG springboks add some nice color and pattern with their coats. Gives a good indication of relative sizes between these two animals.

Love this one Stuart. Comp works well here, wilde is nestled nicely in the break of the springboks letting the centered position work very well. Well done.

Not sure how much you have to play with here Stuart, but if you can, I would again, move the whole comp up, so you have less FG and more above?

Thanks Steve. I do have space above, and will look at your crop suggestion.

Thanks to everyone else for your feedback and comments too. Always appreciated.

Springbok a nice bonus to complete the composition here. I would try a shadow/highlights adjustment (PS) here to open up the shadows in the face.

Lovely scene captured here mate. I tend to agree with a tad less foreground.
